About customs for global purchases:
We can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary.
Prices on our website include VAT for all deliveries to Schengen zone.
* Kindly remind: If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to an cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days.
Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box.
BIONICE-GLOBAL.COM warrants this device for a period of TWO (2) YEARS (except in countries where national law requires a longer minimum warranty) after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.
It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
It does NOT cover batteries.
If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, we will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt.
